Our Goals

          Our primary goal is to make wonderful/compelling films, be they either short or feature length.  These days, anybody with a video camera and a computer can 'become' an independent motion picture director.  But that doesn't mean that they should.

     Solid storytelling with believable performances and beautiful visuals are our only weapon against cookie-cutter scripts with $20 million name brand stars and computer generated special f/x.
     Lacking any financial backers to help pay for making and distributing our movies, we rely on the internet and film festivals as well as free
public viewings in the Wichita area to get our stories out in the spotlight.
     At Tornado Films we will continue to produce meaningful films seeking out local actors and musicians and strive to prove we don't have to live in Los Angeles or New York to become known throughout the international independent film market.
