    • About the story...

        As a blizzard engulfs the college town of Lawrence, Kansas we focus in on the fifth floor of the McCollum Residence Hall on the University of Kansas campus.  Fifth Floor President Marice (Marice Morgan) is warning the floor that the blizzard is so dangerous that nobody can leave the building.  Everyone retreats back to their rooms- but soon bizarre murders begin occuring all over the building.  Who is the mysterious gloved killer?  Will there be any students left by the time the blizzard is over?


         FROM THE SCREENWRITER:
     
         "McKillum Hall began life officially as The Fifth Floor Horror Movie spawned for the sole purpose of entry in the 1994 F.O.K.U.S. (Film Organization for KU Students) Film Festival.  A group of friends and I sat around coming up with bizarre death scenes and then had to figure out how to time them all together with some sence of story... As to whether or not we were successful remains to be seen... but we had a hell of a good time!"
